Before Applying: A Guide for Bangladeshi Students

1. Check Entry Requirements:

Ensure your qualifications meet the criteria for admission, including general entry requirements, specific entry requirements, and language proficiency.

  • Your qualification should align with a Danish upper secondary school leaving certificate.
  • Some programs may accept relevant Danish vocational qualifications or vocational qualifications for certain Professional Bachelor’s programs.

2. Specific Entry Requirements:

Program-specific entry requirements vary. Contact the educational institution to verify if you meet the necessary criteria, which may include subject levels, individual subject marks, and overall grade point average.

  • You can apply for up to 8 programs simultaneously.
  • Each application requires a signed signature page sent to the offering institution.

  • Upload diplomas and other documents on www.optagelse.dk.
  • Research deadlines and documentation requirements on the institution’s websites.
  • Edit your application on www.optagelse.dk before the deadline.

6. Application Deadlines:

  • March 15, 2024, 12 noon (CET): For applicants in quota 2, international upper secondary education, non-Danish qualifications, and programs with admission tests.
  • July 5, 2024, 12 noon (CET): For Danish upper secondary education applicants based on grade point average.

7. Receive Your Answer:

By July 28, 2023, you’ll receive a response to your application. If not admitted, explore options for vacant study programs.
